The Life of Riley. Saturday, May 23, 2009. Goin' to the GYM! Let's just say there is one very good reason fat people stay fat. Really there are many reasons, but this is a major one! Exercising fat feels like you are dying! But, I have to if I want to have a chance at not having crazy amounts of excess skin after I've lost most of my excess weight.
