Thursday, September 30, 2010. Not many beach goers as the Emerald Princess sailed from Port Everglades. We arrived at the pier dry and were unloaded under cover. Not so good for one of our bags. Had a few damp items. The usual muster - safety drill and then the time was ours. The welcome show was great. Singers and dancers and a comedian, who we will see again. Friday, December 13, 2013. These bushes were in the Botanic Gardens. They look like trees. Going inside was cool as it was really hot and the humidity was 85. This sign just struck me funny. Hey,look, we found Mickey and Minnie. Train we rode around in. With a breeze, you could do pretty good, but man, was it hot. This is theview from the ship. Nice paved roads even if they were small. Friday, July 30, 2010. Day started pretty good. Slept late and left Bossier City for Lafayette to hit IH10. Traffice was HORRIBLE. Speed limit was 70 and if we were moving, going about 35-40.
