ALBERT AND GRAZIELLA GOETZ: 0577-725408. Speak English, German, and Italian and can help in a real emergency. The best thing is to call 118 and be connected to the local clinic. They have doctors and an ambulance on call. Graziella works at the clinic also. Located in downtown Rapolano Terme, just across from the main square and beside the Monte dei Paschi di Siena bank. Not strong in English or German, but a good backup if the Goetz's cannot be reached.
