Center For Living History, Inc. At Risk Youth Sail Training:. We have several ships Boats which were of the type used in the mid 1800s on naval vessels. Our boats are being prepared to take local young adults, who are having family or social difficulties, on day sails on Monterey Bay. This program has proven very succesful with other tall ships and will be the foundation program for our tall ship, the USS Cyane when complete. For more information please go to our contact page.
