http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 16, 2011. I realized that I hadn't posted at all about Cody and his mission, so here it is! Back in Mayish (? I think) Cody was called to serve in the Mozambique, Maputo mission in Africa, Portuguese speaking . When he opened his call and tried to pronounce the place we were all shocked! He is really loving it there though.you can just tell he is so happy! I especially love the dolphins on the wall. We actually might get to skype which would be really fun! If you want to keep up with him...

The Paxton Family: January 2011
http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 12, 2011. For Christmas this year we were with my family. Christmas Eve night we went over to my parents and listened to the Nativity and opened up our jammies. Madison and Kennedie in their matching jammies with my dad and Alan. My sweet Kennedie is possibly the most smiley baby you will ever see. She is so sweet! Madison got a princess power wheels from Santa and loves it. Christmas this year was very fun. It is always nice when the whole family can get together. What a sweet girl!

The Paxton Family: Daddy's Reindeer
http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2011/12/daddys-reindeer.html
Friday, December 16, 2011. Last Saturday Alan told me and the girls that he wanted to do a Christmas activity for lunch. I was all about that! I don't think they've eaten as good as they did that day for a long time! He got out the bread, peanut butter, pretzels, raisins, and fruit snacks. Madison even spread the peanut butter all by herself. And they made little reindeer! They were so cute and the girls were really excited! That's more like it. She really is the happiest girl! The Paxton Family: July 2011
http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 14, 2011. Moments like this one are hard to find these days. Daddy is very busy right now.but we absolutely love these times! Alan has been extremely busy with school. I won't go into details, but the class he is taking right now takes up most of his free time. If we happen to get a nice day at home he usually looks like this. Kennedie stood, yes STOOD, by me the whole time. Can I just say that my girls are getting too big too fast? Madison is getting so big too! Lately I've been working o...

The Paxton Family: Grandpa's new addition
http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2012/01/grandpas-new-addition.html
Sunday, January 15, 2012. Madison even took a ride with me. She had a lot of fun, but was pretty okay with getting off too. It's been years and years since I've actually ridden a horse, but it was really fun and he is so easy to guide. It's a lot of fun to have him around. My dad is trying to talk Alan into getting one too.I'm going to say that's not going to be happening.at least for awhile. :). Posted by The Modern Daisy. I knew he would win that fight! The Paxton Family: Ken's first piggies!
http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2011/12/kens-first-piggies.html
Friday, December 16, 2011. Kennedie's hair has grown really slowly.well slower than Madison's. It's a lot thicker than Madison's was, but it's finally long enough to get it in piggies! She sat pretty still to do it, which rarely happens. It turned out so cute! It didn't stay in all day, but it was fun while it lasted. I can't believe how big my baby is getting! The Paxton Family: Daddy's friend Frank
http://alanandaubrey.blogspot.com/2012/01/daddys-friend-frank.html
Sunday, January 15, 2012. Two days after Christmas Alan drove down to Las Vegas and picked his buddy Frank up at the airport. Frank was Alan's mission companion in El Salvador. He is from Honduras and is visiting the United States for the first time. We have had a lot of fun showing him around and showing him what the day to day life of an American is. We got out and hiked the lower Emerald Pools hike. The water was barely a trickle, but it was still pretty up there. We saw some doe at Emerald Pools.
