Cesar Chavez Digital Photo: Lenses
http://ccdigitalphoto.blogspot.com/2010/04/lenses.html
Wednesday, April 21, 2010. The average digital camera these days comes with a built in lens that usually can zoom in and out to give a range of view. More professional cameras come with detachable lenses. Lenses are catergorized by their size. Their size determines their field of view, or how much fits inside the viewfinder. 50 mm: The Normal Lens. These lenses imitate the human eye. They are for close proximity shots without being too close or too far. Smaller than 50mm: The Wide Angle Lens.

Caresse: Portraits
http://mrs-figgie.blogspot.com/2009/09/portraits.html
Monday, September 21, 2009. 1 I think i was most successful. With the face portrait because i think it looks really nice, and the smile looks real. 2 In the artistic portrait, I used a picture that most people wouldn't. Find "nice". I think it reveals a lot. 3 I did not take a picture of my client. With a prop or costume. 4 I like my surprise. Photo because its a few compositional. Tricks in one. I used macro, framing, and extreme angles. 5 It was really hard to do this project because my client wasn't.

Monday, September 21, 2009. 1 I think the portrait that I was most successful with was my artistic shot because the composition turned out great. It's also something you don't see often. 2 I created an artistic portrait by using framing. I captured Megatron trying to get out of a frame. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Caresse: ISO
http://mrs-figgie.blogspot.com/2010/04/iso.html
Thursday, April 22, 2010. ISO is the speed of the amount of light that enters. The camera. The higher the ISO the more like that enters the camera faster. When using flash, the pictures come out clearly but the lights in the background are not seen. When the ISO is on, we can see the light in the background but the quality of the image is very poor. The higher the ISO the more light we can see and the the quality of the picture gets worse. You have to be careful when using a high ISO because.

http://mrs-figgie.blogspot.com/2009/09/compositional-trick-7-drawing-with.html
Friday, September 4, 2009. Compositional Trick #7 Drawing With Light. It makes you wonder where the light is coming from. It makes your pictures feel a bit more dramatic. I feel like my picture is thoughtful, it looks as if he is thinking. The shadows create this mystery that emphasises the mood. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://jaybee-beast.blogspot.com/2010/04/aperture.html
Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Aperture is the pupil of the camera. It's the speed and the size of the hole. The bigger the hole, the more light is captured. In the first picture, the hole is bigger, therefore, the f-stop would be small. In the second picture, the hole is smaller, therefore, the f-stop is a big number. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, October 19, 2009. Critique: Robert and Shana ParkeHarrison. Off into the middle of the ocean sits a gentleman who is constructing a bridge. The pathway leads through the quiet, lonely, sea. He is carrying small planks on his back while he is hammering down others. This man is determined on getting to the other side where the lonesome island awaits in the distance. http://jaybee-beast.blogspot.com/2009/11/social-issue-drugsalcohol.html
Monday, November 23, 2009. In this photograph, stands a teen, dressed in black, tied in chains. She is grabbing her head screaming. In the bottom of the photo it says “you will live for us” in black and red and live is in white and in capital letters. Would it even affect them? Indeed, it would. December 3, 2009 at 8:05 AM.
