My goals are similar, my stats are similar and my injuries are similar. My achilles were fine 2 months ago and then I cranked up the running again, crap, seems a little worse now. A self confessed emotional eater. Let's just say I really need to make some changes. Friday, 20 January 2012. Great start to the year! Exercise has been great and my eating has been really good too! I have lost 1.2kg since my last blog entry (a week and a bit I think) I have given up eating bread past breakfast time and cut way down on the sugar. I have been alcohol, pasta and biscuit free for two weeks - yay! My weekly schedule looks like this:. Wednesday - am 6km run / pm tennis. Thursday - 6am bootcamp.

I have turned 40 - aaarrrggghhh. Actually, its not so bad! I really don't feel 40 - its just a number I guess. Lots of visitors, lots of food, lots of Jansz and lots of fun. I have continued to exercise though, so its not all bad. Lots of work to do, best get going with it! PS - Note I have snuck in my week 7 weigh in!

I am not going to beat myself up about it. Herbal tea at night and a square of dark chocolate. Funny, I only used my mantra once. Overall better than a pre new me day, but I didn't nail it. I’ve been wanting to share this recipe for quite a while now but I’ve learnt that baking eggs doesn’t work so well in our convection oven at home.
