You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot… Swimsuit! We bought baby her very first swimsuit! Isn’t it lovely? I love the little frillies at the shoulders. And there’s even a little butterfly on her bum! There’s an indoor heated pool at the resort we’re staying at, so we’ll be giving baby her first swim there. I do think though, I need to get myself. A new swimsuit. I don’t think my body is bikini-ready yet! Comments : 1 Comment.

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. It was a fun shopping day today – we headed to Plaza Singapura as I wanted to visit MWL to pick up some supplies. I managed to get some gorgeous papers, embellishments and pens. I debated over this for quite a while at the shop – the Bam Pop set of patterned papers. As you can see, these papers are loud. Oh, and the photos in the layout are taken by xb – once again, excellent pics! I love jute string! It’s something that some of you h...

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. The new look of diapers…. We change Cherise’s diaper at least once a night. Some people have questioned me, asking why I do that when I can simply use a thicker/bigger diaper to hold the pee. But I don’t like the idea of not changing her diaper for 8, 9 hours at a stretch, plus there’s the possibility of leaks onto the mattress. Husband doesn’t want to be left out of the nighttime diaper changing duty. In his hands –. Instead of the baby.

Baby is hungry! Finally! | you can't keep a good girl down

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. Of trying to get Cherise to eat, her appetite has finally taken off. It’s quite heartening to see her little mouth open up for more cereal, or to hear her go “mum-mum-mum” excitedly when I’m preparing her meal. She drinks water from a straw now – clever girl! I love it when we have a buffet spread to play with. Yesterday, we went to Fullerton Hotel for dinner with my parents and my sister and her husband. Cherise started off with he...It ma...

We are not alone. Currently a proud new daddy of Cherise, and concurrently holding the portfolio of burping machine, diaper changer and nose digger. View my complete profile. This site has had. Thursday, May 17, 2007. 1) More beautiful than Monica Bellucci. 2) More charming than all the girls in my office. 3) The smartest woman I know though you can be really silly at times. 4) Looking sexier each day with our baby growing within you. 5) Everything I ever wanted and more. 6) Everything I need.

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. It’s almost 4 in the morning. I’m supposed to have been working on costumes, but I’m too fed up. I don’t know what to do anyway. Dead tired but too keyed up to sleep, I decided to work on my Christmas gifts instead. Here’s a sneak preview! 8220;All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, all things wise and wonderful, the Lord God made them all! For a teacher friend…. 8220;You’re no.1! 8220;You gotta have faith! 1 Highch...

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. Our first Chinese New Year together! I present to you – the Orange Brigade. Cherise has even got her own kum. To do orange exchange! Just right for those little hands! A relative was joking that Cherise’s cheeks are so chubby that you can’t see her nose in her side profile…. Comments : 2 Comments. 8220;You don’t train babies, you train dogs.”. I recently came across this statement in one of the responses to a friend’s blog entry. The word &...

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. It’s been some time since I blogged about food, and to tell the truth, sometimes I find it hard – a meal is either good, no good or so-so, isn’t it? But once in a while, I come across a gastronomic experience that just hits the spot and leaves me plenty to write about. You see, there’s good food, and there’s a good meal. If I were to use one word to describe the food at Caffe B (as we affectionately call it), it would be hearty. I ordered t...

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. Here I am again! It’s been a looong time since I last posted. Reason for not blogging? Way way too busy! My little princess has been keeping this mommy busy – so many things have happened over the past month or so –. She’s started crawling – really quickly! She’s started pulling up on furniture. And not being so stable, we need to hover behind her to be her safety nets. She’s cut two teeth! Laquo; Baby Blues. Date : March 23, 2008. You are ...

Baby Loves Broccoli! | you can't keep a good girl down

You can’t keep a good girl down. The shadow proves the sunshine. Not to eat though. For some reason, ever since our holiday in Melbourne, Cherise has been terribly difficult to feed. I’d say her last “good” meal was on the plane on the way back to Singapore – she ate one-third of a jar of baby food. Since then, she’s been rejecting everything on a spoon. But she hasn’t quite attained a neat pincer grasp yet, so she can’t feed herself these foods – I have to do it for her. Tore it apart…. You are commenti...
