Hairy Tales: December 2004
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 30, 2004. December - Hangover Heaven! What a hectic couple of days! It's all luckily picked up a little since the crapness of Christmas has now gone. Boxing Day had to put up with all of those expected relatives turning up, pretending that I liked the presents etc! Then the gang moved onto the Angel where I knew far too many people. It was taking twenty or so minutes to cross the pub because I kept on bumping into old school buddies and a few enemies too! Anyway, we walked inside and w...

Hairy Tales: Commute
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2011/10/commute.html
Friday, October 14, 2011. I got lost in the forest on the way to work this morning, there is not even a forest on my route. This made the top three of my favourite commutes. Curly just about managed to write this @ 2:02 pm. It all started in a village near Aberystwyth, the heavy snow signalled my arrival into this world. Kings kneeled, maidens swooned and the government started on legislation that would lead to 24 hour licences in bars. This is my time. View my complete profile. Keeping me going this week.

Hairy Tales: Milestone
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2012/01/milestone.html
Wednesday, January 11, 2012. I'm not normally one for noting milestones in life but this one seems to be approaching like a meteor hurtling towards an unsuspecting planet, appearing to hover in space just out of eye-sight but in reality travelling at a highly destructive speed of over 70km a second. Perhaps running along similar destructive lines, I also feel a bit like the guard at Castle Hemorrhage watching the approach of Sir Lancelot. Aside from the sheer friendliness I encountered between Ontario an...

Hairy Tales: It wanna go down
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2011/09/it-wanna-go-down.html
Monday, September 05, 2011. It wanna go down. Imagine waking up and writing Fergie's "London Bridge" every morning, that's about the level of creativity I'm experiencing at the moment. Curly just about managed to write this @ 9:53 am. Thought it was best to say. Thats still writing in my book. Plagiarism sorta but writing nonetheless. Of course, I squealed with delight when I saw you had a post. Which means this non-writing writing made my day. Thought it was best to say. View my complete profile.

Hairy Tales: August 2004
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2004_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 26, 2004. Just a stupid day. Picked up a rather tasty hangover from last night, not quite as almighty as my last decent one in Nova Scotia but it had substance to it all the same. And that substance was having a great time trying to escape my stomach through my mouth for most of the day - You've gotta love it. Had and early start at 1:30pm today! Mine are now fucked - how are yours holding up? And the sight of water gushing into it from the large puddle I was currently standing in. Had s...

Hairy Tales: Singledom
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2012/04/singledom.html
Monday, April 16, 2012. Took me aback, I thought I had always been chill, but I guess they had only got to know me when I was away. After a couple of weeks of Mal de débarquement. Curly just about managed to write this @ 10:17 am. Thought it was best to say. Well, on the bright side at least its spring. That means more potential action! Thought it was best to say. Hey, I hear youre quite a chill guy. Thought it was best to say. Hope youre doing OK my lovely friend*. xx. Thought it was best to say. It all...

Hairy Tales: Employment
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2012/02/employment.html
Tuesday, February 28, 2012. You know the choice, work to live or live to work - what happens to the people that want to live and not to work in fact, at all? Since the days of being driven to school by a friend of my mother's when I was a little'un (since the daily agony of weekday mornings in the eighties where I stared out of the rear window of an off-brown Citroën 2CV. And had pretty much the time of my life, deciding pretty quickly never to ever get a 'normal' job. It all started in a village near Ab...

Hairy Tales: March 2005
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 30, 2005. Okay, so we've just had four days off due to Bank Holidays on Friday and Monday - it makes for an easier working weekend. The psychological effects of only having to work 4 days in a week are tremendous! It certainly makes for a happier Chris! We got back in the afternoon where Mam had prepared a lovely ham-salad pick'n'mix snack - lush! The walk inspired me to go for a run that night too (Not done that in a while.). Me on the Brecon Beacons. I've also been eating loads of frui...

Hairy Tales: October 2004
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2004_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 12, 2004. Third sheep on the right and straight on til morning. We all had a nice chat and Mum asked to see my video of Canada but, I explained that she couldn’t yet as it had to be er, edited, first! Today it’s Monday and I need to find a job, a uni course or something else to occupy myself as home has already begun to get on my nerves. Curly just about managed to write this @ 5:57 am. Friday, October 08, 2004. We will be shortly arriving in Cardiff central, sorry for the delay! After s...

Hairy Tales: January 2005
http://lawrytwll.blogspot.com/2005_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 26, 2005. Yep, it is indeed Australia Day today, just a great day to celebrate all things Australian! Last year I spent the day in the company of the entire Aussie populations crammed in Walkabout - how Australian can you get? Aussie legend Big Kev, on the right - "I'm Excited! Think his company has gone bust. So, what happened on the weekend then? I hear you all ask. To be honest I don't remember! Great, rang Steve from the pub at 2:30am (poor guy was asleep in bed with his girlfriend...
