Cruising with a Dog. Plentiful in the Bahamas:. Flour store in airtight container. Check for bugs before using. Eggs always break in a separate container to avoid mixing a bad egg. Ginger beer (for dark and stormies! Cereal not as many varieties and we have but enough. Cream cheese and butter. Beer expensive in the Bahamas even their brand. Hair dye (if you need it! Split, Croatia – Beyond the Boat

Cruising with a Dog. Split is the second largest city in Croatia. Its origins go back to 450 BCE. We visited the Diocletian’s Palace in the center of the old city. The palace is a marvel of ancient construction. Dating from 305 AD. Wandering the streets and alleys around the palace reminded me a lot of Venice and are home to restaurants and shops. The shops include a wide mixture of tacky, trendy and snooty. Rendering of the original Diocletian’s Palace. Cavernous rooms in the lower level of the Palace.

Cruising with a Dog. When we visited my brother Alan last summer, he asked us for some ideas to spruce up his cabin in Strawberry, AZ. I picked out paint colors and he fixed up the bathroom on his own. This trip we planned to update his kitchen in 3 days. Skip and I love this stuff!
