這個月去了多次尖沙咀，吃膩了那邊的餐廳，想來點不一樣，心血來潮，想到佐敦有一家常常想試的越式法包店，無奈不熟悉那邊的路，幸得這天的有朋友當盲公足，令我有機會一嘗美食！添記法式三文治位於佐敦渡船角，位置不算太方便，而且亦有點難找，但相信這就是現今世代小店的生存之道。就算是有朋友帶過一次的我再去也可能找不到路T T 幸得朋友幫助，令我有機會一嘗美食，一試難忘的美味總算沒有白費我的腳骨力！而且重點還是看到老闆背後的用心經營! 店舖獨賣兩款麵包。一是越式法包，二是蒜蓉包，這次無緣試吃後者，但重點越式法包還是令人驚喜萬分！店舖還有售賣小量其他越式雜乾貨和熟食如蝦片和春卷等等。工作吧亦且製作美食和下單的地方，看到旁邊法包的大小，發現原來小法包的份量也足夠我們二人淺嚐！圖的分量分小法包，但其實一個人吃相信亦會頗飽肚。下單後老闆會先把鋪有鹹豬手，五香腩肉，扎肉和嚼肉的麵包噴點水再放到焗爐裡烘暖變脆，就算有再多人在我們後面排隊，老闆亦不會縮短烘焗時間，以免影響麵包的香脆度，這小小的等待我當然不會介意。法包香脆鬆軟，一咬包碎散落一地，好吃！ Crispy skinned pork knuckle 會先原隻上&#...
