A Survivor's thoughts about the Universe: I am supposed to write about this
http://survivorsthought.blogspot.com/2015/06/i-am-supposed-to-write-about-this.html
A Survivor's thoughts about the Universe. Now that I have this safe and new and amazing life, my awareness has grown beyond day-to-day basic survival. I see and read stories that inspire or confuse or bewilder or distress me in a way that has always drawn my attention, but for which I could spare no energy. It is not that I am disconnected to the world. One of the ways that I survived is by seeking outside interests and volunteering as much as possible, within the constraints of that old life.

Cöpse Clearing Farm: August 2014
http://copseclearingfarm.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
What's With The Name? Wednesday, August 27, 2014. Zach and I came back from school shopping last Thursday, and Rick was laying on the bed. He had made a phone call we were both putting off. He had called our vet to make an appointment to put Samson out of his misery. We had to be there on Monday. Rick said he almost threw up when he was still on the phone,he felt so bad. However,it had to be done. Yesterday was better, but I was still quite drained and still cried once in a while. The house is so quiet...

Cöpse Clearing Farm: What's With The Name??
http://copseclearingfarm.blogspot.com/p/whats-with-name.html
What's With The Name? What's With The Name? What in the wide wide world of sports is a cöpse, let alone a cöpse clearing, and how in the world do you pronounce it? I had no clue either. We were trying to figure out a name for the farm. It seemed like every name we sent in to the state for a Tradename (a name we could use to sell product that no one else could use) had been taken. Rick didn't want one name for the farm and one for selling items, which I agreed with. Lessard: someone who lived in a clearing.
