Grandma and Great Grandma watched the kids today so we did flying time before they got to our house so they didn’t have to worry about helping do our jar activity today. In our house flying time is when I lay down on my back and put the kids on my feet to fly. They could “fly” all day, but Mommy’s legs are not strong enough for that. BellaCute – Cristina's Business. Christian’s name is too long so we went with Bubba instead. The kids actually stayed pretty clean as they painted over their names. Friday, October 8, 2010. While I was at the Relief Society Session of General Conference, David took the kids up to the Kennecott Copper Mines Visitors Center. They had a blast! The kids were fascinated by this big pit. It was 2.5 miles wide and 0.75 miles deep. David, who is not a big fan of heights, would not let the kids even step away from the car unless they were holding his hands. Instantly upon arrival, he had images in his head of them tumbling off into oblivion. Garrett inspecting a mine cart.
