Nellie girl is all smiles when we go visit the guinea hens at the park while Cal is at school! We finally learned about the glue gun trick- no more falling gingerbread houses here! Today we decided to play tourist and took Avery to the Adventuredome at Circus Circus. At first she was a little tentative, but soon her dare-devil side came out. We had a blast and wanted to share some photos from the day. Creepy clown says Avery's tall enough to ride. The carousel was definitely Avery's favorite ride of the day. Monday, May 12, 2008. Another Great Weekend in the Books. Last night (Sunday) Lera and I both said to one another, "what an amazing weekend! We arrived home around 2:30 pm and spent the rest of the day riding our bikes. Lera has always told me she loves riding bikes but I had no idea. Our friend Katie even heard about Lera's new bike so she brought her bike and we all went for a ride. We live in the foothills of the White Tank Mountains and so there were some great biking trails.
