BBC Winter Olympics 2010. For the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics BBC coverage, StudioAKA, with director Marc Craste, produced a stunning 3D title sequence. I was asked to do a 2D insert to fill out the back story for a longer version, based on native Inuit art. We produced two versions, one bloody, one clean. Both are below, straight from Flash, without any effects work. can you spot the differences? In the end, I'm not sure if either sequence aired in this form, but it was an interesting little project.
