A Weekend in Liverpool. Friday, 8 May 2015. After we arrived on Friday our first stop was The World Museum. Spreading over 6 floors this is a huuuge museum which even has an aquarium, a bug house, and a planetarium We could have spent hours here as there’s so much to see - there’s lots of interaction along the way too which makes it a really fun experience. I think it was actually my favourite attraction of the weekend! Next up we visited the Walker Art Gallery. Where we enjoyed frozen margaritas, and a ...

Musings of a So-Called Shutterbug. Just another WordPress.com weblog. Day Trippin’ in Liverpool. July 16, 2015. July 16, 2015. Last weekend Gary and I headed up to Liverpool. My Mum had won tickets in a competition for free entry to The Beatles Story and asked whether we wanted to come along. So on Friday night after work, we packed our bags and headed off for the 3 hour drive to the Docks. We’d decided to stay at the Titanic Hotel. I was unable to wait to dip into my egg before taking the photo, sorry!

For a catch up over Brunch at Moose. I had absolutely no idea where it was but when we did finally stumble upon the right street we then had to find the right place. In the distance I could see loads of people queuing outside a venue and of course.that was where we were going! Tea was the obvious choice of beverage! We got so many f...

The Food blogger life. Food is not the enemy. I went to Liverpool, and I fell in love. Spoilers. This trip went well. Before I was offered the chance to go there, Liverpool had no. Spoilers. This trip went well. I'm not afraid to say, football isn't my thing and I never visited my friend whilst she was here. So as I said, Liverpool was not on my 'visit list'. Nope, nothing to see here. Just pure blue skies, and beautiful buildings. Finally, after 40 minutes, we arrived at the hotel. We dumped our st...
