It has taken us 1 year and 5 months to take these little (city) cowboys to a Rodeo and it was definitely worth the wait.

Saturday, February 28, 2009. A little piece of heaven. Couple of weeks ago I did something that is completely uncharacteristic of me. It was the weekend before Presidents' Day, and I was sitting in the family room watching television when out of my mouth came the words, "Hey, why don't we go to the Auto Show on Monday? Wait, are you serious? At that moment I felt that I had done my wifely duty for the rest of the year. Anyone who knows me well knows that that was my beverage intake for the entire week!

Monday, November 9, 2009. Say what you need to say. N Saturday I was told that I had changed a life. It was by a wonderful couple whose son was in my 4th grade class a couple of years ago. They said he cried when he found out I left. He prayed every night I would return before he graduated. Fourth grade was the best year of his life he said.
