belvedere beads: Rockin' the Bock
http://lucindastorms.blogspot.com/2015/07/genny-bock-beer-time.html
Sunday, July 05, 2015. I am working on a new bracelet made with my glass beads and spangles cut from Genesee Bock Beer cans. If you're a Rochesterian you know you gotta have it. The most beloved of all Genesee beers - Genny Bock Beer. This bracelet is not my first creation inspired by this brew. There was the t-shirt design for the Record Archive. Please note that my goat has all his bits and pieces * *. Today's bonus photo - Miss Margaret with her hair up in bock beer can rollers. My artsy etsy shop.

http://lucindastorms.blogspot.com/2015/05/crazy-pod.html
Tuesday, May 05, 2015. A GlassyRecipe Made With EDP - Crazy Pod. Made on the end of a mandrel. It has a nice, 16g heavy hammered sterling silver bail. The base of the bead is Cim's Commando, Effetre pastel olive green glass will also work. Roll the bead in fine silver foil (not leaf) and burnish it in, do not melt it in yet. Add dots of EDP (Effetre Purple Opaque Pastel #254) on top of the silver foil and melt them in and shape. Posted by belvedere beads. Labels: glass bead tutorials. My artsy etsy shop.

belvedere beads: Bleeding Hearts
http://lucindastorms.blogspot.com/2015/06/bleeding-hearts.html
Monday, June 29, 2015. Oil on cradled board 24" x 24". Is it really finally finished? It's been hanging around my studio being difficult for almost a year. It was just such a boring painting, blah. Then I just slapped some purple glaze on it from a painting of irises I am working on next to it. Is there anything more beautiful and promising than a pile of paint? Posted by belvedere beads. Labels: flora and fauna. Wednesday, August 19, 2015. I love designing pinback buttons. Years ago "the store" bought a button making machine. It languished, un-loved and un-used. I commandeered it and now I make thousands of these suckers a year. Store buttons, vinyl themes buttons, cat buttons. Labels: button it up.
