These aircrafts are from the 25th Fighter Squadron based in Osan, Korea. Looks like everything checked out.

Trans Air has two Shorts SD-360s in passenger configuration. 23148 was originally purchased by ILFC in October 1984, and leased to America West Airlines as N137AW.
