Saturday, May 23, 2015. Cody participated in this years speech meet held in Simi Valley. He was among 10 students from other schools. There were three categories that each teacher chose for their student, fable, poetry and Bible. Cody was chosen for Bible. There were 10 students from other schools who participated in the Bible category, they had a list of verses they could choose to memorize and Cody chose Mathew 14:22-33. They all did excellent! Friday, April 12, 2013. Cody attended his first math Olympics in Bakersfield today. There were nine schools that competed, third grade through eighth grade. Students were selected to test in math reasoning or math computation. Our little Codster came in second place, in math reasoning, out of 11 students. 😃. Cody and Shane. Saturday, March 21, 2015. A few pictures of Miss. Rosie and our first time entering at a race. She did great for her first run. We were in the 3D. Ash continues to become a team with Badger. 3/17/15. Sunday, July 05, 2015. I love this Mare! Last Thursday night I went to a barrel race in acton and Rosie won me first place out of a total of 30 something riders. Last Saturday I went to a benefit race for the wounded warriors. My goal for that day was to just keep the barrels up, we have been in a rut knocking them down. I was excited being we managed to keep all three standing. I couldn't believe it when I heard the results! Rosie and I got 8th place out of 338 riders! I am so Blessed! Bathe a pig day.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. Bathe a pig day. Tried to bathe the pigs today to get them use to the upcoming events at fair. Boy what a task! Okay fine, I will wash you right here! Well that would be fine and dandy if there wasn't just a tiny bit of mud this pig could find! Sure enough, she just had to lay down where her big body doesn't fit! Then I got wise! Ok pig, back in your pen you go! As long as you get washed ( so you can lay back down in the mud) I DONT care! Little codster and Miss Ashley.

Sunday, July 05, 2015. Last night we went to our church for a 4th of July celebration. There was games, food, tribute to our service men and women followed by a movie on the lawn. The kids had a great time! One of the highlights was the color fight. They had color all over their body. They were excited they were able to hang out with Daniel and Nicole all night too!
