Monday, February 27, 2012. I was so excited to celebrate Charlotte's first Mardi Gras (first one she could participate). I wanted to bring her to at least two city parades, so I chose Thoth and Rex. For Thoth, we joined my parents and the Kononchek family on the parade route. Thoth was the parade that I always enjoyed with my family growing up so it was nice to start the tradition with Charlotte. Charlotte enjoying king cake with Nana. Charlotte mastering her "hey mista". Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Charlotte definitely got the memo that it was Father's Day weekend. She was stuck to Addison like glue ALL WEEKEND. She loves her daddy so much! Saturday morning we just hung around the house and played. Enjoying her new tea set from Nana with Daddy. Charlotte and Daddy catching up on Parents magazine. Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Lots of Zoo Fun. Charlotte and I have been been having a lot of fun at the zoo this month. First we took a toddler class for Sea Lions. We were allowed in the zoo before it opened and get a special performance from the sea lions. Charlotte was very excited to see them swimming around. She also loved their "barking" noises. Saturday, November 26, 2011. We successfully hosted our first Thanksgiving. Our fridge semi-broke on us the night before but in the end we were able to save our food and have a yummy dinner for all of us. Charlotte was my little helper getting the house ready.
