God's Love for the Fatherless. In early 2009, we were hoping to add children to our family. While waiting to become parents, we learned more about adoption and God’s call for us to love orphans. After lots of prayer and research, we completed our paperwork and were put on the wait list to adopt from Ethiopia. Several months later, we discovered we were pregnant.
