The 6-a-side competition -. Dominating the day and lasting nearly 11 hours, the 6-a-side competition features eight teams vying for the title of champions. Two time winners the grizzly bears will certainly be trying to keep their paws on the trophy, but face strong opposition all day. Expect a day full of fast paced cricket where every ball counts! The fat cat soul band round off the day with some live music.

The last day of the festival-. Featuring our special guests Amsterdam Cricket Club taking on Moreton in a twenty twenty match, no doubt with a few hangovers to boot! Rounding off the festival is a ladies match. Following the sucess of last years game, local rivals the Wittenham Warriors have stepped up to challenge the ladies, this game is sure to be another festival highlight!

Please note that parking is not permitted on High Street or Bear Lane. The Festival is held at North Moreton, which is situated between Didcot and Wallingford on the A4130. Take either the first or second entrance to the village. In the centre of the village turn South into the T-Junction. Bear Lane is located about 300 yards after the T-Junction on the left hand side, where there will be clear car parking signs. Google Map of Festival. Free parking for the festival is just over 150 yards from the Bear.

Thursday, May 24, 2012. Comfort Blankets v Duathelete ( international challenge). Moreton batted first with Wicksy returning from Africa to open the batting with Tim, and both prospered with unbeaten knocks of 25 and 27 respectively.
