Had our 16th local staycation last weekend. decided on Goodwood Park this time round for its nostalgia heritage. always enjoy the relaxation during staycation where we spend our time just watching tv, reading newspaper, magazines in the comfort of the luxurious accomodation. Interior of the room. The room came with a outdoor balcony. The view from our room. Lunch @ Min Jiang. My personal favourite of all time. I like this too. Wednesday, September 28, 2011. The past 3 weeks or so have been quite busy. though busy but it does not stop us from enjoying good food and having a good time with our good friends. some of the pictures took during the past few weeks. Dinner @ Pasta Inc. Our four course dinner. Slice of special tiramisu to wrap up the dinner. Always enjoy a weekend dimsum session with baby. decided on Paradise Dynasty as we sorely missed their salted egg yolk custard bun. Wat more can i say. Our tickets to the show.

Monday, February 27, 2012. The second day of our trip brought us to Hollywood Boulevard where the Walk of Fame and Kodak Theatre is situated. the nice weather (around 15-16 degree in the day) kept us energize despite walking up and down the boulevard. Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood. Tried Johnny Rockets as wanted. Its sweet potatoes fries. Not to be missed. The nice sunset along the horizon at santa monica. Its getting cold at night (10-11 degrees). Saturday, September 8, 2012. A heavy downpour yesterday did not dampen our mood for our weekly weekday date, this time it took us to Wimbly Lu located at Jalan Riang, quite an ulu place but there is no lack of customers streaming to this area in search of this hidden gem along with other restaurants. Wimbly Lu @ Jalan Riang. Love its intricate logo. U can't miss the classic VW Beetle in front of it. Story telling corner for the kids. Highly recommended Root Beer Cake. Got to try this next time round.

Realized that there is a new riverfront night market named Asiatique which we decided to explore. its accessible by either riverboat or taxi and we chose the former which we can enjoy the scenery and the breezes. a highly recommended shopping place if u are in Bangkok =). The latest attraction of Bangkok. Reaching just before sunset. Reminds us of LA farmer's market. Wat else but Thai food. Dessert time after all the shopping. Song of the day.

Thursday, March 22, 2012. Our KL trip last week was wonderful with mum, wendy, shaun, peishi and shaun join us up north for Toysei and Jackling ROM. we also our birthday celebration together with my MIL (we share the same birthday) @ Elcerdo (. A chic spanish restaurant specialising in pork dishes, we had the honour of chopping the crispy suckling pig with plates before smashing them for good luck. thanx for everyone for the gifts and making the celebration a memorable one =). Surprise gift in the morning.
