Monday, January 23, 2012. 16 oz farfalle pasta (bow-tie). 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream. 3-4 cloves of garlic. 1 lb bacon (previously cooked and crumbled) * must be real, fresh cooked bacon. not "bacon bits or real bacon". 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese. 1 120z lawry's mesquite marinade with lime juice. Half an hour before serving, boil pasta. This is so good and so easy! Thursday, January 19, 2012. 3 T fish sauce.

I got this recipe from the Kneaders Bakery Menu in Provo, never eaten there, but this still sounded good, so I decided to try it. I called Rachel to get her focaccio bread recipe, so I will post that also. Great recipe Rachel and you can do so many things with it, kids loved it too. Sprinkle colby jack cheese over half of the omelet. When the top starts to get firm, fold in half and continue to cook. Flip the omelet over and finish cooking. Monday, July 18, 2011. 4 pieces of skinless chicken breast (cut into strips). 1 Zucchini (cut into slices). 1 cup of any kind of shredded cheese. 1/2 of an onion. Pre-heat oven to 450˚. Arrange chicken breast onto non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle cheese onto chicken. Sprinkle onions over chicken. Arrange sliced Zucchini so that it covers the chicken. Sprinkle paprika and crushed red pepper over everything.

Monday, March 28, 2011. Happy March Birthday Madness. Tyler and Reagan decided this year their birthday celebration was going to be appropriately titled, March Birthday Madness". It was going to begin Thursday (Tyler's Birthday) when they awoke and would not end until Saturday (Reagan's birthday) when they went to bed. Tyler and Reagan have a sleepover in Reagan's room and enjoy breakfast in bed. The girls and I brought them breakfast in bed. Make real sling shots for each of them. And race each other.
