I found myself writing my husband a love letter tonight after he went to bed (I am back to not sleeping for more than 4 hours a night) and it got me thinking. Her grades are fantastic as always and we have some college campuses to visit this summer. I can’t believe that I am old enough for this. Oh wait, I’m not. Lauren has done amazing in school this year as well. She is also quite the talented artist. She is still my sweet, sensitive little girl that adores animals. Mix until well combined but still a bit shaggy. Fold and push dough in on itself while still supple, stop if dough starts to tear. Cover (to prevent drying), rise for 1 hr.
