Piątek, 24 maja 2013. Liście są bardzo ładnie pozakręcane. Wyraźnie ręczna robota. W większości są to liście młode, znalazło się trochę pąków, pokrytych delikatną warstwą włosków. Są naprawdę niezwykle delikatne, wręcz rozpływają się w ustach. Nazwa jest dość banalna: lüdougao (绿豆糕), czyli ciastko z zielonej fasolki :). Liście po parzeniu mają ładny świeży zapach, lekko cytrusowy. Szypułki są grube i giętkie pokryte meszkiem. Liście ciężko rozerwać w palcach, są dość mocne. Udostępnij w usłudze Twitter.

Niedziela, 25 listopada 2012. Ze względu na ostatnie zebranie Partii miałem problemy z dostępem do googlowych stron, stąd więc przerwa w postach. Jeśli chodzi o herbaty, to nie próżnowałem. Ostatnio zacząłem sprowadzać trochę starszych herbat z taobao, co przyniosło różne efekty. Napar jest ciemny, drzewno-burgundowy (może nie do końca na zdjęciu widać te czerwone odcienie). Sobota, 23 marca 2013. Herbaciany marzec w Xi'anie. Jak zwykle wytrąciłem się z równowagi i ciężko będzie wrócić do nawyku pisania. Dwa miesiące wakacji spędziłem w Polsce, gdzie szczerze mówiąc nie pijałem zbyt wiele herbaty - sprawdziłem jednak koreańską Hwangchę z goodgreentea, xiaozhonga kupionego w Xi'anie i to by było chyba na tyle. Po powrocie do Chin wybrałem się do herbaciarni tak naprawdę dopiero po miesiącu. A porządny obchód za nowinkami zrobiłem dopiero dzisiaj. Pre Qing Ming Long Jing.

Fabryka nie jest wielka, co zresztą można zobaczyć na zdjęciach producenta. Liście jak już pisałem, są ciemne, poskręcane. Ciastko młode, ale herbata już dojrzała.
