At a Townhall Meeting on July 21, 2008 noticed by Optimum Property Management many homeowners learned some details of the upcoming renovation project for Morningside on the Lake. Construction Manager and Archtectural Consultant Mike Kiss ( http:/ www.summitarchitect.com/about.htm. Gave a presentation and answered questions. A schedule with dates for the termite fumigation, to be done one building at a time, is expected to be issued after financing has been arranged.

Apparently the Board approved increasing the dues at its 7/21/08 meeting held at 5:00 pm Just an hour and a half later there was a poolside presentation about the renovation project with no information about the estimated costs or where the funds would come from.
