A Pre-Dawn Fitness Challenge. June 24, 2013. Posted in Fit Test. Day one of the 5-day inferno complete. I deed in results and recovery formula after my workout so I ended up consuming about 1,400 calories and will have more than a 1,000 calorie deficit.
