Cancellations

Due to the complexities and time requirements of evaluations, we require 2 weeks notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any portion of your child s evaluation. Therapy sessions require 72 hours notice for cancellation. There is no charge for sudden illness, but ample notification should be provided in the event you know your child to be ill. Should the above cancellation policies not be followed, you will be charged for your appointment.
