However, it was slightly depressing to have this big open UEA weekend in which we thought we were going to be basking on a sunny beach with dolphins swimming near by and sipping icy drinks by the dozens. Monday, February 28, 2011. A couple days before Christmas we had family pictures taken. Our friend, Michelle Walter, took the pictures and did an amazing job. Wednesday, April 20, 2011. I was totally surprised on St. Patrick's Day when my kids set out a rainbow to lure a leperchaun to our house. They drew a rainbow and then found all the yellow skittles and put them out as a pot of gold. Then they told me, as we were leaving to run errands, that the leperchaun would probably come while we were gone and leave them prizes. What? I wasn't prepared for this! Monday, April 26, 2010. We had a wonderful Easter in West Jordan this year. We always love to visit for conference and it just happened to fall on Easter as well. All of the family got together on Saturday for an Easter egg hunt, lunch and dying eggs. We had so much fun even though the weather was awful! When we left St. George to drive up north the temperature was 60 degrees, by the time we drove 45 minutes north to Cedar City it was 40 degrees. And it just kept getting worse! We still had fun anyway.

Our modern day journal and scrapbook. Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Dalton playing "hunting" around the house. He is always entertaining me for the day. Dalton played his first year of junior Jazz this year. They got tickets to see the Jazz and so Josh and him went. They were in the nose bleed section but Dalton thought it was great.
