So the weekend after Thanksgiving I flew to Memphis for the St. Jude Marathon and to visit family and friends. I had bought my plane ticket and my entry to the marathon before I injured my hip and started limping around everywhere. Uh ohlooks like somebody learned how to blog! Monday, April 4, 2011. This weekend Leslie briefly came to town to go to her old friend's wedding. She made the wise choice to pick me as her date. It was a bit amusing though when she introduced me as her date people would go "oh.her date? The fact that I was wearing an engagement ring didnt sway them either since its DC and all. Mine and leslie's big plan was to come home and watch G-Force, unfortunately that didnt happen :( oh well. My arts and crafts blog.

Uh ohlooks like somebody learned how to blog! Monday, February 28, 2011. Also I got glasses for use at the computer. Evidently its barely a prescription, but wearing it is so weird and feels so strong. I cant tell if its actually helping though :( I'll give it a week to test it out. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Nice Bloggie: Baltimore Marathon

A blog about running and other things in the Washington DC area. Friday, October 16, 2009. Last Saturday, Oct. 10, I ran in the Baltimore Marathon which was my first marathon. I finished in 4 hours and 28 minutes which was about what I expected based on my training runs. It was a lot of fun to participate, and an adrenaline rush. I never realized how much I would miss running until I couldn't run. I am hoping my hip injury will heal very soon. Uh ohlooks like somebody learned how to blog! Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Whoopi Goldberg was a cast member on Star Trek? Thats crazy to think about right? How does that even make sense. I saw a commercial of her on tv the other night for like adult diapers and it made me really question how she was on star trek.
