Mostly Underwater was established in 2001, as a service provider to meet the demand for clients that had small jobs to be done, but required competent, qualified, certified and insured divers to perform the tasks legally. Traditionally, a lot of the jobs we perform have been completed by recreational divers, hull cleans, anode replacement, retrieval of dropped items However in today’s environment of law suites and legislative requirements, the need for our business was born.
