Regularly I take a precious bucket load of fine ash out to our compost; a special delicacy and topping of potash that I am told will help the growing in our garden as things warm up and spring comes again. Friday, 28 June 2013. June is full of celebrations and endings in our home. For our family, our numbers have become larger again as older children are coming and going. For our children by adoption the celebrations of even wonderful beginnings and endings with more people in and out often brings up those old feelings of abandonment and painful transitions.
