I am preparing to set on a long journey of motherhood and I'd like to share the important things I learn along the way. Here are a few things I found helpful to me once I had the baby. This info I got is from my own research but keep in mind I’m not a medical practitioner to stand by these. 8211; Splint or Wrap. Consult with your doc, but wrapping your core area (tummy) to hold everything together feels good and helps healing. It may also help a little with Diastases (or abdominal muscle separation).
