Not just another blog It's from Amit Mitra. The White Eyed Beauty. Well, she is popularly called the Orintal White Eye [ Zosterops palpebrosus]. I found her near the butterfly park adjacent to Bannerghatta national Park Zoo. The scientific name derived from the Ancient Greek for girdle-eye, around the eyes of many species is a conspicuous white ring.
