Chuck and Donnas winter adventures in the Mothership. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. On Friday we left Moab and went up the Colorado River east of Moab. This is Bureau of Land Management area and has many small campgrounds, picnic areas and boat launches. There are only a few of the campgrounds that are suitable for larger RV’s. During dinner in the Mothership we were visited by a large herd of Deer in the orchard beside us. There must have been 20 with many small babies. The forecast north is not great as storms keep coming through every two days. The highway reports through Utah, Idaho and Montana seem to be good for the most part.
