Microwave 1 min, stir. Cook another 30s-1min depending on the consistency you like. Can add cocoa for more choc flav or cinnamon and nutmeg for added flavor (to vanilla). Top with any sugar free sweetener. Add ½ c skim milk if you desire. Top with 15g almonds. 252g (or 1 cup) egg whites. 50g pure pumpkin pure.
