I have been using Loseit to track my food from time to time so I have a bench mark of where I am at. I've heard so many good things about Myfitnesspal.com. It's soooo good. I am getting the hang of it a little more now. The warrior swim is tough. It is a move where you use a lighter weight and balance with one leg out and then alternate both arms forward and back.
