It contains language that would prohibit the expenditure of federal funds for motorcycle only safety checkpoints. This NHTSA funded tactic, currently employed in many states unfairly targets the operators of a legal vehicle all in the interest of "motorcycle safety.". Please support the passage of this legislation.
