FACT- Racing isn't cheap. To do well in this sport for the long term costs even more. I wanted to talk a bit about some of my favorite sponsorship scenarios in the sport. They are a retail commercial bank who joined McClaren last year to take advantage of the visibility of the reigning F1 champ, (Fernando Alonso) for their home market and then leverage a rookie phenom (Lewis Hamilton) for their entry into the UK. They also took advantage of F1s popularity in Latin America to further expand their brand.
