Since 2004, ReLeaf Volunteers, partnering with the Mojave Desert Resource Conservation District and the California Department of Forestry & Fire Protection, have planted over 40,000 native seedlings across several hundred acres of land in the San Bernardino Mountains. Additionally, many local nurseries participated by offering native seedlings and small trees for their customers.
