The kids had to wear "safety goggles." This particular experiment was called "elephant toothpaste. It was a reaction between high-grade peroxide, dishsoap, food coloring, and yeast. We spent the day at Arapahoe Basin "chilling" in the sun (but it was far from cold), skiing, and enjoying our friends' company. Elodie has become quite the skier in her long 4 years of life! Skiing double-black diamond ski runs is her latest adventure. This is "the Bus stop" where you wait for your friends before continuing on skiing.

The pilot also put the jet into "dive" mode and pulled up at the last second. One of the "tricks" that he also pulled was a "wheelie" type that looked a lot like a bike being wheelied down the street. Tuesday, August 19, 2014. First day of school! Yep, we did it. Six months ago I wanted time to pass so this day could come! Gabby started kindergarten, Owen's my big 3rd grader,. And Liam is home with Momma! In the Sunny South! Gabby actually let me do her hair and she wore a dress! My sweet baby doll! Liam had no idea they were about to leave him for the day!
