Summer Walk: Sainte-Foy Tarentaise to Le Monal. June 1, 2015. This worthwhile walk begins at an altitude of 1550m in the ski village of Sainte Foy Tarentaise. Above), which has a generous visitor parking area which is signed as you enter the village. Clearly visible in the distance is the neighbouring ski village of La Rosière. The departure point for the start of the walk is indicated not far above the parking area by a rustic painted sign. And beyond it the world-famous ski area of the Espace Killy.

Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Peppers and nasturtium flowers. Last week, we enjoyed Nigel Slater. 8216;s idea for roast tomatoes with fresh thyme. Just place halved tomatoes close together cut side upwards in a dish with a sprinkle of olive oil, sprigs of fresh thyme, season and bake for 40 minutes in the oven (temperature 200 C).
