Coconut and Macadamia Puffed Cereal/Granola. 2/3 cup pure maple syrup. 6 Tablespoons coconut oil. 1 teaspoon real vanilla. 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nut. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes or shredded coconut. 12 cups of puffed grains; Arrowhead Mill makes puffed corn, kamut, millet, rice, and wheat with no added sugar, salt, and preservatives. We usually use a blend of corm, kamut, miller and rice. 4 cups rolled oats. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour. 2/3 cup pure maple syrup.

Family and food. . . Nov 14, 2010. When I was running errands one day stopping at Whole Foods to get a few things, I all of sudden became very hungry. I was so hungry that I thought I could not continue without putting some food into my stomach. Even at Whole Foods, there are limited things you can grab that are low in sugar and dairy free. I ended up getting a curry tofu salad and it was so delicious! I think this recipe can also to turn into a wonderful curry chicken salad. 3/4 cup Carrots, shredded.

Family and food. . . Apr 17, 2010. Of course Roland did not get the "important message" and he just wanted to try a different flavor of yogurt that evening. I went "ballistic" (PMS for sure) and Roland had to go out to the store that night to buy a wallaby lemon yogurt. To my family members who were home that night, especially Roland, - sorry about going crazy over the lemon yogurt, but the muffins were yummy! I did not modify the recipes much - I used fresh lemon zest instead of the dry lemon peels.
