Scanning the fridge for something substantial to give her, I notice that we've got a container of pizza dipping sauce recently left over from a delivery pizza. I grab a tortilla and spread some of the sauce on it. The only cheese we have is monterey jack, but who cares, it's white. I grate some on top of the tortilla and nuke it for 20 seconds. Voila! I made sure the TV was playing a favorite DVD for the 21-month-old and then reluctantly shuffled into the kitchen. How do 2 adults and a toddler use so many dishes? Well, I'm not going to present excuses, but I AM going to show you what happens when I try to do the dishes. Honey, if you're hungry, your cereal is still on the table. Go eat your cereal.". Monday, April 06, 2009. 2 meals a day. I don't take appetite suppressants and I don't just live on broccoli and carrots. Machine for 15 min to do some cardio. I get a lot of cardio. Throughout the day walking around the office and doing laundry, vacuuming. Dishes, dancing around with the kids and other activity that 15 min at the gym is good enough.
