Oct 7, 2012. In the middle of the night we’ll be heading to the airport, on our way to bring our children home. It doesn’t seem possible that this is happening, but it is- and we are pumped! We’ve gotten the house all ready for them- beds are made, booster seats are at the kitchen table, car seats are in, only thing missing is them! 8230; all we have to do to actually get them here is maintain our sanity on the 17 hour flight back home with an infant and two young boys… piece of cake right.

One week and counting. Oct 23, 2012. One week and counting. We’ve been home for just over a week and are starting to settle into a routine. Over all the kids are doing really pretty well. Praise the Lord they are eating and sleeping! 8230; They have taught us their words for bathroom, more, done, dog, light and water to name a few. The first words they learned in english were elephant and monkey… Oh so helpful when trying to communicate with one another on a daily basis! October 24, 2012 at 3:08 pm.

We went to a ice cream parlor themed party and from that point on, I was hooked. I think I should have stuck with the twizzlers. LOL! My ankles and feet have started to swell. Honestly, I knew it was just a matter of time. I am trying to "rest" as much as possible but some days, it just doesn't happen. Still on and still loose.
