January 2, 2017. Well…Been a while. I think I must not be ready for the fitness change I keep thinking I want to make because I haven’t been very consistent over the past few months with working out or eating well. I started off the year well but I just fell off and haven’t found the will to get back on the health and fitness train. Hmm…does this yoyo-ing sound familiar? What am I still up to? Speaking of updates…I suppose I can get on the scale now and make a note of my measurements…. Liked by 1 person.

How I Track (2016 update). I take my monthly measurements twice a month, right at the beginning (or as close as I can remember) and about midway (likewise about remembering). The following measurements come from a scale I have at home: Wt weight in kg (previously in pounds ) / Bf body fat % / W water % / BD bone density. January 7, 2017. I’ve decided my aim for working out in the morning on weekdays will be to get up around 4 and complete as many of the exercises from my list as I can, working up to no later than 6. This morning I didn’t actually get out of bed until almost 5 so I didn’t complete everything but I feel like I’ve made a good start as I now have a plan. Right now this is what my list looks like:.
