The Ups and Downs of Losing Weight. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. A crazy amount of things has happened in the last few weeks. and I'm not really sure where to start. So we'll just go with this. I got married y'all. And its just as wonderfully interesting exciting and challenging as everyone promised it would be. I'll break it down into smaller posts in the coming weeks. In the mean time, I am getting settled in CA where my new husband and I will live while he finishes his tour in the US Navy.

The Ups and Downs of Losing Weight. Thursday, May 22, 2014. Getting Back on Track. Two weeks on the 21-day fix went wonderfully. And then I got sick with a cold and it all went down the crapper. Well actually, I ate one mini-snickers bar and that started a sugar craving like crazy. If I could just go back and undo that choice, I'd be a happy girl. Tonight I will pick up just a few things so I can get back on track before I board the plane and then he and I will shop on Sunday for healthy eats for the week.
