Monday, February 21, 2011. What do we build in our lives? March 17, 2011 at 9:58 PM. Because the grey still has light within it, and we equate hope with light. I stumbled upon your blog while looking for your art. Our church bulletin cover for this coming Sunday has a portion of your work called Baptism. The part I saw is very beautiful and drove me to the internet to find out more. It appears to be pastels? The image on Spirit Source is brighter; I was hoping the medium would be noted there.

Friday, July 16, 2010. I have just returned from 2 weeks of intense art making at Arrowmont, in Tennessee. One of the suggestions of our instructor, Andrew Saftel, was to go over old sketchbooks and incorporate some of the personal symbolism that may be in them. Of course, to go into those old sketchbooks is to delve into the past! Or maybe this is just my interpretation. Maybe we never really know what our parents wanted.
